One of the most important things that contractors often overlook is the communication with clients. Proper communication and follow-ups could be the biggest differentiator between landing a new job and getting referral business.

We’ve put a lot of the important communication on autopilot, so you don’t have to worry about it.

Below are the types of messages that are automated:

QUOTES:

1) New Quote Message: Notifies a client when a new quote it sent.

2) Quote Approval Messages: Notifies a client when a new quote is approved.

3) Quote Follow Up Message: Reminds client to review and respond to a quote.

JOBS:

1) Job Completion Message: Follows up with client two weeks after a job has been paid in full.

INVOICES:

1) New Invoice Message: Notifies a client when a new invoice is sent.

2) Invoice Follow Up Message: Reminds client to review and pay invoice.

3) Payment Confirmation: Notifies client when an invoice has been marked as paid.

SCHEDULE:

1) New Schedule Message: Notifies a client when a new event is scheduled.

2) Cancelled Event Message: Notifies a client when an event is cancelled.
