How to track expenses/costs for jobs

What good is revenue if you don't know your profit? Now you can do job costing and track expenses for each of your jobs:

  1. From your Dashboard, click on Jobs.

  2. Select the Job you want to manage.

  3. Select Job Costing from the menu.

  4. Click the "Add Cost" button.

  5. Input the relevant cost details, and click "Add Job Cost".

* Important note: Make sure the Cost includes taxes, and be sure to select the tax rate. This will ensure your profit/loss is properly tracked compared to revenue.
