Change orders are an inevitable part of the construction industry. Whether it's due to unforeseen circumstances or client requests, change orders refer to any adjustments in the agreed-upon contract.

Generally, there are two scenarios where change orders occur:

  1. When a client wants additional work on a project and requests a quote

  2. When additional work is required on the job and a price is agreed upon, where no quote is needed
