To create a new app password for an app or device, take the following steps. You can repeat these steps to create an app password for as many apps or devices as you need.

For Personal Outlook Emails:

  1. Make sure you have two-step verification turned on (click here on how to do that).

  2. Go to the Security basics page and sign in to your Microsoft account.

  3. Select More security options

  4. Under App passwords, select Create a new app password. A new app password is generated and appears on your screen.

  5. Back in Jobtable, paste the app password in the appropriate field, and click Submit.

For Office 365 Outlook Emails:

  1. Sign in to the Additional security verification page, and then select App passwords.

  2. Select Create, type the name of the app that requires the app password, and then select Next.

  3. Copy the password from the Your app password page, and then select Close.

  4. On the App passwords page, make sure your app is listed.

  5. Back in Jobtable, paste the app password in the appropriate field, and click Submit.
